Wow! Two. Thousand. Ten. We made it!
What a year it was that has just passed. We, great souls of the loyalty team, had a wonderful time.
We shared many laughs, plenty stories and assisted with numerous requests from all our great friends and customers.
In 2009 we really aimed to become a team - a team at the forefront and cutting edge of the contact centre world. You may or may not have noticed that we re-branded ourselves the ‘loyalty team’.
This was not just a simple name change – it was a declaration of our mission statement – to become more than just a helpdesk, more than just a contact centre. We posses all the normal skills every contact centre needs: technical aptitude, awesome product knowledge, speedy answers – but that wasn’t enough for us! We wanted to ensure the loyalty of our customers through our constant care, through our unrelenting friendliness. We believe this makes a better workplace and of course in turn you receive a greater level of service.
So this is where the new decade will take us – further exploring the world of true customer loyalty.
You, reading this, are integral in helping us achieve our goals! We are not doing this for ourselves remember, we’re doing it for you!
So if you ever see anything you don’t like, if there’s an answer you’re not satisfied with, or if you just felt we weren’t as friendly as usual – please, please let us know! We will always be available and open to anything you have to say – your input could make all the difference!
