Hi All,

Each month after our new games are launched we seem to hear from a few people that experience difficulties running the new games. When this happens, you should firstly disconnect from the Casino, restart your PC, and try once more to load the game. If this doesn't work, your best bet is a re-installation of the Casino software. Just go to the Casino homepage and click on the download button. The installer will automatically detect your previous installation and uninstall this first. One word of caution though, if at any time you are asked "Do you want to save time?" click on the "No" button to ensure a successful installation. Don't forget if you need help with this or anything else, support is available 24/7.

Dear Emma,
