I’m sorry you have been experiencing slow play on the slot machines. We have heard of problems of this nature from a few of our players and it is definitely not from the casino being overloaded. Unfortunately issues of this nature are usually directly related to the ISP that the player is using. I can understand that slow play would be very frustrating and can only suggest that you contact your ISP provider and see if there is anything they can do to improve the situation.
