I was born in a quaint historic village located approximately 20 miles north of New York City to a Jewish-American family.

One of my favorite bands is Green Day and computer programming has been part of my life since I was in 6th grade. While enrolled on a psychology major and taking a bunch of computer science courses at one of America’s top Universities, I worked alongside a classmate to create a way to help college friends stay connected. Running this project asa hobby, I never thought that this would be the starting point of my own business venture.

I have taken an extended leave from college and nowadays - at only 23 years of age - I am the owner and creator of a worldwide social phenomenon which has attained over 20 million registered users in less than four years and is valued well into the billions of dollars.

In a recent public appearance, I stated that my success lies in being young and technical; so many might find me arrogant. Analysts think I could be the richest man under 25 in the USA, with a net worth estimated at $1.5 billion. But more importantly, the company I command is the now most buzzed-about company in Silicon Valley and I am constantly compared to visionaries like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates.
