My father, Earl, is of mixed Black, Chinese and Native American ancestry. My mother, Kultida, is originally from Thailand, and is of mixed Thai, Chinese and Dutch ancestry. This makes me a quarter Chinese, a quarter Black, a quarter Thai, an eighth Native American and an eighth Dutch.
I always wear red on Sundays because my mother feels that it is a lucky "power color"!
